Dave Markee
Dave Markee is a total committed musicians who has recorded and toured with musicians & artists of the calibre of Eric Clapton, Leo Sayer, Joan Armatrading and Faith Hill. As a highly trained symphonic double bass player, he also maintains his deep love for jazz music.

Current Projects
Dave is currently working on projects with his daughter, Jessi Markee.
Jessi is a singer/songwriter with a great portfolio of songs, the band have recorded a series of demos which has generated great interest - the band are returning to the studio in the new year to record the debut album.
Dave has also just returned from The Chapel Studios - working with an allstar team with Henry Spinetti, Norman Barratt, Dan Cutrona and Paul Milner
Working on an album for with Matt Andersen - a blues singer for Canada.

Croydon Jazz Festival
Dave is also heavily involved with the Croydon Jazz Festival.
Dave take great pride in the his music, and as Founder and Chairman of the festival, he not only organises and runs the many events that take place throughout the year, but also performs with his band, The Dave Markee Jazz Collective.
